Access details (Login ID / Course Link) are provided immediately or within 24 hours after successful payment.

Delivery is made via registered email ID, WhatsApp, or through our learning platform.

No physical shipment, courier, or postal delivery is involved.

If you do not receive your access details within 24 hours of payment, please contact our support team with valid payment proof.

Cancellation Policy

Since all products are digital and provide instant access, cancellation is not permitted once access credentials have been issued.

Orders cannot be cancelled after successful payment

No cancellation requests will be entertained once the course or login access is activated

Failed or Delayed Access

In case of:

Payment successful but access not received

Technical issues preventing access

Users must notify our support team within 24 hours of payment.

After verification, access will be provided or the issue will be resolved as per our Refund Policy.

No Physical Shipping

Hence, shipping charges, tracking numbers, or delivery timelines applicable to physical goods do not apply.
